Assessment of the Staff's Knowledge

Knowledge assessment software:

IntellEval has designed an eLearning software adapted to the different issues of Financial Security. The software is available in an in-house mode (installation on your servers) or in an ASP mode (installation on our servers).

For each issue of Financial Security, IntellEval's teams have designed assessment questionnaires. These questionnaires, which are built around real scenarios, are available according to:

  • The business and activities of our clients
  • The level of risk exposure of the staff,
  • The geographic location of the Headquarters, subsidiary or branch.

The use of the assessments results can generate reporting statements that enable you, immediately, to clearly identify where and how efforts should be made. Validation of knowledge is also used to define the content of the future training sessions.

The software consists of three integrated modules which allow you to cover all stages of the assessment: 

  • Creation of assessment questionnaires,
  • Assessment interface,
  • Automated reporting module.

Creation of assessment questionnaires

  • You have access to "ready to use" assessment questionnaires. They correspond to your business, your activity and your geographical location. These questionnaires are available in level of difficulty to take into account the degree of risk exposure of the population of staff.
  • The IntellEval assessment questionnaires are built around a real scenario that your staff may or had encountered. 
  • However, these questionnaires remain customizable. You can adapt them to your organization, or even create your own questions.
  • All of our questionnaires are available in English and French.

Assessment interface

  • Staff are identified by a nickname that will ensure, during the reporting phase, anonymity between the staff,
  • Any assessment is carried out using only the mouse,
  • It must be carried out in a limited time. Throughout the assessment, the employee views a time counter that allows him to see where he stands.
  • The interface is "friendly-to-use" and numerous examples are available before the real questions are asked.

Automated reporting

  • The main advantage of the software is the quality of information it recovers once all staff have passed the assessment.
  • The use of assessment results is achieved automatically by the software.
  • Reporting statements are published automatically. They include many elements and illustrations. In order to show clearly how and where efforts should be made, the reporting statements are listed by employee, by division/department, branch, subsidiary or also for the entire bank.
  • It is also possible to request additional reporting statements or even to recover the "gross" results of the assessments to carry out their operation.
