eLearning Software

IntellEval has designed an eLearning software adapted to the different issues of Financial Security.

The software is available in an in-house mode (installation on your servers) or in an ASP mode (installation on our servers).

For each issue of Financial Security, the IntellEval teams have designed training contents. These contents are also adapted according to the business and activities of our clients.

The eLearning software can be used with the IntellEval content or allows the insertion of its own content. A mixed solution is also available. 

The main features of our eLearning software are the following:

Directly access our training sessions' contents (ready to use) 

• IntellEval has developed eLearning kits by issues of Financial Security. They are included in the software and can be immediately used to conduct a training.
• These kits are available by areas of activity and by geographic areas.

Create your own educational contents from your existing files 

• You can modify/customize IntellEval's ready to use eLearning Kits.
• With a single click, you can import your training contents (to the PowerPoint format) and directly create on the application a new training
• For each training session (and each lesson within the training sessions), you can directly create quizzes (user-friendly integrated interface) on the software. The quizzes can ensure that the training sessions have been well assimilated. 
• The software also allows you to set a time to spend on the training (blocking or not) and to define a minimum score to achieve to pass the quiz and have access to the next lesson.

Invite learners to attend the training courses and communicate with them

• Several options are offered to fill-out in the software the characteristics of the learners who will follow the training sessions: enter the learners in the software, import the characteristics of the learners from files issued by the Human Resources or Training Department.
• Learners are invited by email to attend the training sessions. Then they access their « personal training space».   
• Interact with the learners as they navigate the eLearning module.

Control the smooth progress of the "Module Track" training sessions

• Throughout the training sessions, it is possible to access a very detailed reporting by training and by learner. This reporting is used to measure the progress status, the scores obtained at the quizzes and the time spent.
• The software suggests an automatic reminder system for learners who go beyond the time allowed to complete their training.
• Reporting is also accessible by group (if many learners were attached to the same group).
• When a learner has finished his training, an option allows you to issue a certificate.
